Doodlebops get on the bus game

The human is then transported into their cartoon world, where he or she becomes “Doodle for a Day.”

They begin addressing a topic, then receive a timely message delivered by a flying male mail snail, who delivers snail mail and never has time to hang around because he’s “gotta slide” and “catch you on the flip side.” The message always comes from a human child-and not coincidentally-always falls in line with the topic they’re addressing. The three-person band-made up of DeeDee, Rooney and Moe-travels in a bus driven by Bob, similar to the way the Partridge Family did in their 1970s sitcom.

In two episodes we reviewed, these cartoon rockers taught kids about the importance of such things as bathing, cleaning their room, overcoming fear and brushing their teeth. The Doodlebops are a cartoon rock-and-roll band that teaches kids valuable life lessons set to music.
